If you’re not happy with your Pod, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. The product must be unused; you can take it out of the box to check the size and quality, and you can exchange it for another model if you prefer, as long as you haven’t filled it with water. See our return policy for details.
Pod Chiller
You have 30 days to return your Chiller if it’s not right for you. It needs to be in good condition, with no scratches, dents or signs of use. If you’ve tried it and decide to send it back, just clean it, repack it with all parts included, and return it in its original box.
Sauna Pod
You can return your Sauna Pod within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. It must be in good condition, with no damage or signs of wear. If you’ve used it and wish to return it, clean it, pack it carefully, and send it in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. You just need to cover the small return shipping cost. We don’t charge a restocking fee.

Is the chiller gonna run up my electricity bill?
No! The Power usage is only 280 W, which is comparable to the freezer in your home.
Example of power usage: at 25°C room temperature, and chiller temperature set at 8°C will consume around 1.4-1.8 kWh per day (every 24 hours). With today's average kWh in the UK costing £0.20, that is just around £.40 at per day in electricity cost to run The Pod Chiller 24/7. We engineered the pod to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up Inside or outside, even in temperatures below freezing. The insulation layer makes the water turn to ice a lot slower, but we still recommend to stir the water at least once a day to keep the water from freezing completely solid. Alternatively we have the Water Jet which keeps water moving at all times and prevents it freezing solid (plus it makes the water feel much colder)
If you use the Pod Chiller outdoors, do be cautious in freezing conditions, and follow the recommendations in the manual that comes with your chiller.
The Long Pod comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the pod is set up.
For draining it indoors or over longer distances, we recommend getting our Extended Drain Hose
Yes! All our ice baths comes with a cover lid to keep debris out of it.
We also offer an Insulated Lid for the Long Pod that will keep the water cold for longer.
To get the health benefits, you'll need to stay in cold water below 15°C for 2-5 minutes. Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. Each individual is different and some people can tolerate lower temperatures.

We recommend starting out with your ice bath tub temperature at around 15°C if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
For the seasoned ice vikings, get the water below 10°C to really feel the kick, and stay in for at least 2 minutes for optimal benefits.

Awesome tub for the price! I bought the normal round tub and used ice for a few months, the water would last around 2 weeks before I had to replace it and the temperature got down to around 55 with the ice. This is a breath of fresh air I love the filter and chiller water goes super cold although I can’t doit that cold yet, but the water has been there for 4 weeks and still crystal clear with adding the chemicals! Love it I wish I had got the chiller months ago! The long tub is great too, I would sometime feel like my knee-pits and armpits wouldn’t get that cold but with the long tub I can spread out great!

I received my Long Pod for Christmas and immediately started using it daily. After a couple months it developed a small leak in the neck baffle that was tough to repair. I reached out to customer support and they replaced the tub, no questions asked. So simple and I'm back to using my pod daily!

I had other versions such as the Costco SaluSpa plunge and it was okay but didn’t like the cover as it did not hold rain water from falling in. I’ve seen great ratings on your brand so I wanted to go with the long pod to relax better in. So far I love the unit and the little water pump is really a nice little game changer. Great product so far. Will see how it fairs in the NJ winters.
I have it on my Garage, is great and it holds the cold water for awhile but if you live in a hot climate it wont last too long, you must get the chiller, thats my only issue now, I dont have a chiller, because 25 dollars on ice everyday you use it is not worth it, the ice blocks cool the water but again if you live where temperature are 90 plus since 10am till midnight then without a chiller and just the ice blocks your water will be 65-70. But other than that is great and Long pod is perfect for my 6’7” height
The pod is great and was simple to assemble, is big enough for me to stretch out in and easy to get in and out of. When the chiller arrived I learned I needed a GFI (would have been good to know ahead of time), and though I followed the installation booklet to the letter, it leaked. The fittings included were pretty good quality, but the joint between the ball valves on the tub and the hoses included 2, 1 for the inlet and 1 for the outlet (threaded on both sides, with a hex in the middle 1 side on each with a very thin o-ring). Those small o-rings, presumably to seak against the ball valves,, were useless, and no amount of "included" plumbers tape could fix that. So I used the thicker o-ring from one of the spare fittings on the lower hose, and used one of the extra white rubber washers on the upper hose, tossing both of the very thin o-rings. This sealed everything up nicely, and no plumbers tape required. This allows the face of the hexes to seal against the opening at the ball valves (don't over-tighten). And next day, all is well, no leaks . . . My only suggestion, ditch the little thin o-rings and include 3 or 4 of the thicker ones, and keep the plumbers tape. I didn't see anyplace that would be useful.

I like the long pod and pro chiller a lot. Good size for full body plunge and temp regulated (even in Vegas heat) quite well. Assembly a bit trickier than advertised, but overall, very happy with the first couple of weeks of use of my new long pod and pro chiller.
It is 89 degrees here and humidity incredible but after using the pod we’re cool for hours and don’t even feel the humidity.
Had a leak in my other one and they replaced in no questions asked and we are back up and running.
