If you’re not happy with your Pod, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. The product must be unused; you can take it out of the box to check the size and quality, and you can exchange it for another model if you prefer, as long as you haven’t filled it with water. See our return policy for details.
Pod Chiller
You have 30 days to return your Chiller if it’s not right for you. It needs to be in good condition, with no scratches, dents or signs of use. If you’ve tried it and decide to send it back, just clean it, repack it with all parts included, and return it in its original box.
Sauna Pod
You can return your Sauna Pod within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. It must be in good condition, with no damage or signs of wear. If you’ve used it and wish to return it, clean it, pack it carefully, and send it in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. You just need to cover the small return shipping cost. We don’t charge a restocking fee.

Is the chiller gonna run up my electricity bill?
No! The Power usage is only 280 W, which is comparable to the freezer in your home.
Example of power usage: at 25°C room temperature, and chiller temperature set at 8°C will consume around 1.4-1.8 kWh per day (every 24 hours). With today's average kWh in the UK costing £0.20, that is just around £.40 at per day in electricity cost to run The Pod Chiller 24/7. (These are estimates and can vary depending on the climate and temperatures where you live).

The amount of ice needed highly depends on your tap water temperature, the climate you live in, and how cold you desire it to be. If you live in colder climates, adding ice may not even be needed.

We engineered the pod to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up Inside or outside, even in temperatures below freezing. The insulation layer makes the water turn to ice a lot slower, but we still recommend to stir the water at least once a day to keep the water from freezing completely solid. Alternatively we have the Water Jet which keeps water moving at all times and prevents it freezing solid (plus it makes the water feel much colder)
If you use the Pod Chiller outdoors, do be cautious in freezing conditions, and follow the recommendations in the manual that comes with your chiller.
The Long Pod comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the pod is set up.
For draining it indoors or over longer distances, we recommend getting our Extended Drain Hose
Yes! All our ice baths comes with a cover lid to keep debris out of it.
We also offer an Insulated Lid for the Long Pod that will keep the water cold for longer.
To get the health benefits, you'll need to stay in cold water below 15°C for 2-5 minutes. Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. Each individual is different and some people can tolerate lower temperatures.

We recommend starting out with your ice bath tub temperature at around 15°C if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
For the seasoned ice vikings, get the water below 10°C to really feel the kick, and stay in for at least 2 minutes for optimal benefits.

It’s actually way better than I expected. Installed it within 15 minutes quite easy to assemble in terms of connecting it to the long pod. I keep it at 53° and it stays at that temperature. I do wanna mention I keep mine indoor so it stays clean. It’s been a few weeks and I have yet to change my water. The filter works great.
Highly recommend the Icepod Water Chiller Pro. Struggled with buying 100 lbs of ice multiple times a week for my Ice Barrel. With some small modifications to an ice Barrel the Icepod Water chiller eliminated any more ice purchases. Works great. Keeps water cold even in Florida heat.

A morning plunge is a game changer. I feel so switched on for the whole day and getting acclimated to it didn’t take long at all. The filter is easy to clean and once installed properly, the set up is neat and tidy. We hit a few snags with set up and a few leaks appeared. The support team sent us our replacement parts with no issue.
Overall, glad I purchased the Pod Chiller. It keeps my water at 50 degrees, and I'm able to hop into the Ice Pod every morning. This is a must-have item if wanting to set up a cold plunge in Hawaii. Definitely beats buying bags of ice. I leave my Ice Pod and Pod Chiller out on lanai and haven't had any issues so far. Main critiques though, and why I don't give it 5 stars - (1) The instructions for set up were not very clear, and I had to find other online videos and reddit discussions to address different issues. There are still things I'm uncertain on how to deal with. (2) Did not realize the Pod Chiller needs to run 24/7 - am concerned it may increase my monthly electricity bill. (3) It can get noisy especially if trying to keep at a lower temperature; have realized that 50 degrees is a good happy spot (at least in Hawaii) where the Pod Chiller is not always running at full blast to maintain lower temperatures and hopefully saves on the electricity bill too.

I have mine set up in my garage, and its still 90 degrees here during the day. My Pro Chiller maintains a constant 50 degrees with a 3 degree +/- Its definitely the way to go if you plan on using your cold plunge on the regular, and will save you money in the long run from having to buy a lot of ice.
The set up instructions could have been more detailed, which led to some confusion, but once it was set up, it worked great. It has kept my Pod at a steady 41 degrees.

We have had the chiller hooked up for 11 days and I’ve been cold plunging every morning for 3 minutes at 42 degrees. My inflammation and soreness has been reduced significantly! You notice pain more when you have it than when it goes away. When it goes away you move on and have to think about it to remember it. That’s where I am at. I’m a believer.

I’m in love with the Pod Company this is my 3 rd year being a customer . If there is anything wrong it is dealt with promptly. We were going through 8-10 bags of ice to get our pod to temp and it’s so nice now to just walk out and get in it at 45 degrees most days and plunge . I highly recommend splurging

Works great! Is able to keep the water as cold as I need and easily overcomes the heat from my body and having the pod in the sun.
I bought the pod first without the chiller because I wasn’t sure if I would stick with the ice plunges. I’ve never done it before. The first time I plunged it was 36 degrees for 12 minutes. After that I was hooked. It takes 7 bags of 24pounds to get the water down to around 34 degrees. I was buying that 4 times a week. The Pro chiller is worth the investment if you know for sure you are going to stick with this. Best decision I made.
It took a long time to ship and was disappointed when it arrived missing 3 out of the 4 bolts for the fan. I will say customer service has been very responsive and helpful. I’ve learned you need to set the chiller 2-3 degrees colder than desired water temp. My only other concern is the cheap plastic connections. I ended up using plumbers tape, clamps, and sealant on all connections and purchased a water pump for draining so I don’t have to fiddle with the connections each time I drain. No complaints since and everything’s been working as desired.
So far it’s working! But shipping was super late!!
Had it three weeks or so and I use it every morning and it works great. I keep it set at the lowest temp and it stays at 38 - 40 degrees. Great way to start the day.
I love being able to cold plunge every day, or even multiple times for my arthritic feet! I’m already noticing a difference in my level of calm and recovery from workouts and/or pain/inflammation after less than a week. My only negative feedback would be for the printed user’s manual and videos - your support team was very responsive, and I was able figure out the set up, but the directions definitely need work! Note: I have the universal filter - I needed more close up photos of the fittings between the standard and universal. Also, very important to differentiate/specify that the male-to-male fitting for the universal has a different rubber ring than the extra ones from the standard. I didn’t notice the first time and used the wrong one; water was squirting out everywhere!
The pod came pretty quick but the chiller took about 8 weeks to get it. When I got it there were some seals missing and some of them on the fittings were the wrong size. I contacted the pod company by email with a detailed explanation of what was missing and what I needed. What I got back was basically a video and instruction sheet telling me some wrong information. After repeated emails and another phone call they decided to send me a fitting and seal kit. The missing seals were in the kit and I was able to get the pod and chiller working great. I paid up for the pro chiller and everything works great. I would note the instruction video goes over some details so fast you need to rewind and watch a few times. Also it says to use Teflon tape. Teflon should only be used on tapered pipe threads and there are no pipe threads on any if the fittings. It also shows putting Teflon tape on the threads of the filter bowl. This is not correct the filter bowel is sealed by a seal inside the housing and Teflon tape should not be used on any parts of the pod and fittings. The video needs to be updated and improved. All in all the pod and chiller work great.
The Pod and chiller is great. However their customer service is crap…. Took me very a month to get the chiller, was back ordered so ok no worries. Went to assemble and no instructions on what went where. Just a bag of parts. It is easy to figure out however. Biggest issue was the chiller lines leaked everywhere. No gaskets to be found. Had to get my own. Reached out to customer service and didn’t get a work back for 5 days….
For the price, it’s way better than using the ice packs. What I’ve learned with this chiller, it’s best to leave it on, especially if you’re goin to plunge 2 times a day. Trying to save electricity by turning it off and unplugging it, it took 4-6 hrs to reach the desired temperature. The snooze feature is nice… I’ll see what my next electric bill looks like and take it from there. I love that I have 55-57 degree water when I’m ready to get in, no waiting. I wish there was a catch that caught hair or debris before it hit the filter. Again, the price for this chiller was within my range and it’s working. I’m happy with it.
I researched products like these for a while and I decided to buy one. This product has changed my life. My water temperature is 49°. I spend three minutes first thing in the morning and seven minutes after work every day. My mental clarity has improved. I no longer desire to come home and drink alcohol as a way to decompress from my day. I come home and I am very productive. I fall asleep faster. I have noticed my metabolism has increased and I have more energy. I also have noticed that I am losing weight. It’s hard to convince someone to get in a cold bath because it is uncomfortable. But once you start doing it, you just can’t stop.

Best decisions I have ever made.
It is great In SW Florida. We were adding 10 lb. blocks of ice a couple times a day. to maintain temps between 58–65. The chiller is now set at 48 and is never over 50°. We do have an insulated box built around it. We may lower it more as we get acclimated. It is HOT here!

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The tub is good quality and will not tear or get holes. The insulation wrap with lid is a must! The lid that comes with the tub is pretty useless. The chiller works well and maintains a cold tub. My only complaint is that the connections are plastic and seem cheap. I would prefer higher quality tubes and quick connects for the price point. I will probably upgrade the stock ones. Overall a great first polar plunge for me!

The chiller works great and is able to keep my plunge nice and frosty. The only feedback I can give is that the set up instructions aren’t the best. The video is helpful but there needs to be more explicit directions concerning prong placement.
