Shipping
All orders are sent from our warehouse in Daventry to make sure they reach you quickly and safely.
We offer free shipping across mainland UK, using Royal Mail or DPD, and sometimes other trusted partners when needed.
Estimated delivery times:
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched, usually within a few days of placing it. Delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns
Pods (Ice Pod or Long Pod)
If you’re not happy with your Pod, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. The product must be unused; you can take it out of the box to check the size and quality, and you can exchange it for another model if you prefer, as long as you haven’t filled it with water. See our return policy for details.
Pod Chiller
You have 30 days to return your Chiller if it’s not right for you. It needs to be in good condition, with no scratches, dents or signs of use. If you’ve tried it and decide to send it back, just clean it, repack it with all parts included, and return it in its original box.
Sauna Pod
You can return your Sauna Pod within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. It must be in good condition, with no damage or signs of wear. If you’ve used it and wish to return it, clean it, pack it carefully, and send it in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. You just need to cover the small return shipping cost. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
